- Applicant submits the application through the online portal at https://professionals.icta.go.ke .
- Applications must be accompanied by all necessary documentary evidence for review.

Assessment
- Preliminary assessment of submitted documents.
- Review and approval by the ICT Authority panel.

Decision on Certification
- The ICT Authority issues certificates to individuals who meet all certification requirements for their respective categories.
