Certified Person Obligations

Duties: Maintaining competence, disclosing changes, and adhering to ethical standards.

Code of Conduct

I commit to:

1. Comply with the relevant provisions of the certification scheme;
2. Make claims regarding certification only with respect to the scope for which certification has been granted;
3. Not use the certification in such a manner as to bring the ICT Authority into disrepute, and not to make any statement regarding the certification which the ICT Authority considers misleading or unauthorized;
4. Discontinue the use of all claims to certification that contain any reference to the ICT Authority or certification upon suspension or withdrawal of certification, and return any certificates issued by the ICT Authority;
5. Not use the certificate in a misleading manner.
